The Cooperative has panoramic views in all directions. Located at the heart of Tudor City and was built in 1928 by Fred French and H. Douglas Ives. It has a lobby with vaulted ceiling and slate floor. The building has an onsite laundry room, 24 hour doorman and an site building manager.
